New Year's Eve Party

This is the full tutorial for the New Year's Eve celebration that I did earlier. For this design I used a 4mm hot pink rhinestone I got from Michael's craft store as the focal point. That I surrounded with gold mini beads I got from ebay. I also used 3mm hot pink, light pink, dark & light purple rhinestones that I got from Micheal's.

This design is very quick, simple and easy to do. Simply paint the nail the colr of your choice, draw two lines crossing with gold nail art striper polish and cover that with gold glitter nail art striper polish. Next place the 4mm hot pink rhinestone {or you can choose rhinestones in colors that match your outfit for the evening} and surround that with the gold mini beads and finally in one of the sections of the nail randomly place the 3mm rhinestones.

It really is as easy as it looks so try it out this New Year's Eve!

Tip your glasses!

Well this is the idea my friend came up with for the New Year's Eve themed contest. This is my first attempt at a free hand acrylic design. I didn't use any other embellishments on this design because it is busy enough as is.

I like the way it turned out, I do however need practice and to try again and make it a bit more neat. I'll be doing a full tutorial once I have this design completed. I just wanted to post my first try. I haven't worked with acrylic in years so I'm definately rusty and need practice. That will be coming very soon as I plan on doing my own acrylic VERY SOON!

Keep an eye out for more of my acrylic work because I have some crazy Hello Kitty designs in mind for the future!!! Yay for Kitty!

Take care Y'all!

This is a modified version of the design that I currently have on my thumb nail. On the rest of my fingers I have the Frosty French design. I just wanted to try out ther 3d nail art molds that I recently posted about. I love them! They are so easy to use and only take a couple of minutes to do.

Very soon I'll be making a few tutorials using them so be sure to stay tuned for that. Remember that you can get these 3d nail art molds Noxandra's ebay store for $1.99 & $1.00 shipping!

Watch the Ball Drop

I created this nail art design today with the intention of looking like the ball dropping on New Year's Eve. This design is very simple easy and elegant. The decorations I used were a 5mm rhinestone and silver mini beads. This look is great for a night out on the town!

The tutorial should be available shortly. I'm not sure but this may be an entry for a contest for New Year's Eve themed nail designs. I have an idea that I really want to try but it's one of those ideas that will turn out awesome or totally fail so we'll have to see. I have high hopes!

I hope that everyone had an awesome Christmas!

3D nail art molds dirt cheap!!!

Hey Y'all! Merry Christmas! I wanted to take a quick minute to let y'all know about this awesome deal I found on 3D nail art molds.

I just got my order in the mail and I am so HAPPY!!! I've been wanting to try these for a while but at $20 each I was going to wait. The only place that I could find them was the manufacturer and that was just too much. Well I finally found someone on Ebay who sells them and of course its much cheaper than retail prices...

So hold on to your seat and get ready cause this seller is offering them for $1.99!!!! YAY! So in addition to getting some for myself, I also got a couple to include in my upcoming contest prize! I'm pretty sure I'll get a couple more for myself and the lucky winner.

I'm happy to say that my youtube channel is growing so I'm hoping the contest will have a good turn out. I'm going to leave it open for 30 days.

You can find all of thses molds here from Noxandra's ebay store:
http://stores.ebay.com/noxandrastore

There is also another seller, USA beauty supplies offering them for $6.99 and they ship from New York. If you're in the states and want to get them faster try here:

Entry for Rastalove's first contest

Merry Christmas!

This design I created for a contest on youtube. I'm getting hooked on these contests! It really doesn't matter if I win or not, I just like the chance to create designs on demand =) It's a challenge and awesome practice.

For this design I only used one 3d nail art decoration which was a star rhinestone I got from Michael's. There is also confetti glitter polish with silver stars as well but I wouldn't exactly call that 3d. That polish really does make the design stand out though.

I really hope you enjoy the tutorial! I sure had fun making it!

Frosty French tutorial is up!

Finally I have a chance to post this video. This week has been a crazy week! I hope everyone has an awesome holiday. I'm glad to have the chance to spend the holiday just me and my Hubby. =D

This weekend I plan on making at least 2 more tutorials but who knows? Might be more. I have a lot of ideas running around in my head right now & I must do something with them. My priority is a New Year's Eve design, followed by the thumb design with the heart I did with this design.

The nail art decorations I used for this design were white craft glitter which I got from Joann's, 2mm translucent pink pearls & silver mini-beads which I got from ebay. The design was very easy and is a great winter look!

Everyone be safe and take good care! Merry Christmas!!!

Just a little off season

Hey Y'alll! I've just finished a new design I created for another contest entry. The theme for this entry is Holidays in general. Contestants are able to pick the holiday of their choice to create a design for. That's really great because just the other day while in Walmart shopping for supplies in anticipation of the recent blizzard I found this really cool glitter polish by Love My Nails. Being that it was only .99 I HAD to get it along with a couple other glitters that I will be using in future tutorials.

Unfortunately the polish is a bit hard to use as it is actual confetti and the slivers curl up so you have to put LOT of clear over. Another thing I didn't really care for was the fact that the silver stars don't come out on the brush. I had to dig around in it with a tooth pick for them. So I'll only be using that for 4th of July. But the finished look is quite awesome.

I'll be uploading the tutorial for this design in the next day or two. I want to say tomorrow but I want to make sure I keep my word in regards to my posts. On that note...I intended on making a full hand tutorial for the Frosty French design but had a memory mishap and I was only able to do it for the index finger. That will be uploaded shortly. Sorry for that. I do work a full time job that mentally wears me out so at times I get a bit loopy. =) Bear with me.

Frosty French Manicure

Hello! I just wanted to give a quick update before it's time to go back to work. I've done a new design on my nails and I'm currently working on the video of the full hand. Keep an eye out for that.

On another note, I will also be making a haul video of the products that I use to make my 3D nail art creations. In the video I will give information on where I get my products and a quick overview of pricing information.

Additionally I want to note that I am not paid to endorse or review the products I use at the moment. If the situation changes I will update.

The Christmas season is almost over and unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to make as many designs as I had hoped but I will be working on some New Year's designs for the next couple of weeks so stay tuned.

Also if there are any ladies in Delaware that are intrested in having a New Year's design you can contact me at my website which you can find here:

French Glam

Hey Y'all! This is the 2nd nail art contest entry I designed over the weekend. This was for a french manicure themed nail art contest.

This design was simple and easy! I painted the tip white and the nail black. I used white lace sticker at the edge of the white and make a line out of 2mm black baby pearls. The last step was to put a white rose with a rhinestone on the nail. Very simple and elegant!

Check out the tutorial to learn to make this design.

My entry for pinkpupuyya's Winter Wonerdland nail art contest

First I painted the tip of the nail silver and the rest blue with black gradation. To this I applied glitter polish with extra on the silver tip for very shimmery snow. I used silver stripper nail art polish to create garland on the tree, then I put silver glitter stripper nail art polish over that.

To make the tree, I used white acrylic craft paint with a very thin brush. I painted diagonal lines in the shape of an upward pointing arrow. After the craft paint was completely dry I used the glitter polish over it to look like snow.

The decorations I used for this design were silver mini beads, hot pink 2mm pearls and a hot pink star rhinestone. I put the silver mini beads over the lines of garland because the silver lines were barely visible. I used the hot pink mini pearls as the ornaments. And finally, I topped my Christmas tree with the hot pinks star rhinestone.

I hope y'all enjoyed my tutorial and learned some new techniques and also got some inspiration! Stay tuned, I'm working on another contest entry video and should have it uploaded by Monday.
